Not all trainers are equal and not all clients are a fit for our facility but what we promise at Archer performance is that our trainers are devoted to their craft and hold degrees in exercise science / biomechanics, along with certifications in Strength and Conditioning, Mobility and Movement, Corrective Exercise, Stretch Therapy, and CPR (AED) First Aid.
The core of our training lies in an assessment and improvement of “ability” (How we move) and “workload capacity” (How much we can move) approach. We emphasize a balance between resistance training, plyometrics, cardiovascular conditioning, and Mobility. This combination ensures a well-rounded athletic development, enhancing athleticism and fitness. Our resistance exercises are meticulously designed to increase physical strength and endurance, while plyometrics focus on the power and speed vital for sports.
